How The Biotechnology Connector Works

1. TBC acts as an aggregator of search firms.  By charging search firms a small success fee TBC is able to handle all interactions with search firms at no cost to our clients.
   

2. TBC, will manage job postings, database mining, screening, logistics and follow up for all internal and external candidates
   

3. TBC reviews current candidate tracking system, looking for areas to increase efficiencies.  If requested, TBC will set up a customized candidate tracking system.  With this system, TBC can migrate and sort current resumes for improved job matching with future openings
   

4. Our services are completely on demand, customizable and available to our clients as needed through the hiring cycle.
